- Baking tray
Ingredients
- 400 g Muesli (no added sugar, oats, nuts and dried fruit mix)
- 1 Banana
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 3 tbsp Chia seeds
- 2 Free-range egg
- 2 tbsp Almond butter
- 2 tbsp Desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 175°C.
- Place the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- In a blender or food processor, blend banana, honey, almond butter and egg until smooth.
- Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients to form a dough.
- Pour the mix into a flat-lined baking tray and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool for 2 hours then chop into bars.
