Quick 'n Easy Ravioli

You can never go wrong with a quick pasta dish. Change it up by using ravioli and making your own pasta sauce. It takes no time to make and tastes just as good if not better!

For this recipe I have used a spinach and ricotta ravioli, but feel free to make yours with which ever fillings you prefer.
Equipment
- Medium pan
- Medium pot
Ingredients
- 250 g Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli
- 100 g Frozen Peas
- 20 g Parmesan cheese
- 200 g Tomato and basil pasta sauce (or make your own)
Servings
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to the boil.
- Make the pasta sauce.
- Cook the ravioli and peas for 3-4 minutes (or according to instructions on the packet).
- Drain the ravioli, mix in the pasta sauce.
- Sprinkle over the parmesan and serve!
