Equipment
- Large Bowl
- Blender or food processor
Ingredients
- 150 g Oats (blitzed)
- 2 Banana
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 5 tbsp Peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Milled flaxseed
- 2 tbsp Desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C.
- Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- In a blender or food processor, blend banana, honey, peanut butter and coconut oil until smooth.
- Next, mix in the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients to form a dough.
- Using your hands roll the dough into small balls and flatten out into the shape of a cookie on baking paper (with clean hands).
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
