Ingredients
Overnight ingredients
- 40 g Oats (rolled)
- 250 ml Oat milk
- 1 scoop Plant protein powder (or shelled hemp)
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter
Toppings
- 24 g Strawberries
- 20 g Prunes
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- ½ Kiwi
- 25 g Granola
Instructions
- Morning rocket is best when made the night before. Add the rolled oats, oat or almond milk, plant protein powder and peanut butter to a bowl.
- Give the bowl a quick stir and pop it in the fridge.
- In the morning apply the toppings to your liking.
