- 1 Large Bowl
- 1 Large tray
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 medium-large ripe bananas
- 60 g protein powder
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 90 g dark chocolate chips
- 250 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 90 g frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
6 servings
Instructions
- Add bananas and mash until a smooth consistency is formed.
- Add in the oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg and combine.
- Add in the eggs and milk and mix together.
- Add in chocolate and frozen blueberries and fold into the mixture. If is best to use frozen blueberries as they won’t break as easily when combined.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 40 mins
