Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 medium-large ripe bananas
  • 60 g protein powder
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 90 g dark chocolate chips
  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 90 g frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  • Add bananas and mash until a smooth consistency is formed.
  • Add in the oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg and combine.
  • Add in the eggs and milk and mix together.
  • Add in chocolate and frozen blueberries and fold into the mixture. If is best to use frozen blueberries as they won’t break as easily when combined.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 40 mins
