Ingredients
2cupsrolled oats
2medium-large ripe bananas
60gprotein powder
1.5tspbaking powder
90gdark chocolate chips
250mlmilk
2eggs
90gfrozen blueberries
1tspcinnamon
1/2tspnutmeg
6servings
Instructions
Add bananas and mash until a smooth consistency is formed.
Add in the oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg and combine.
Add in the eggs and milk and mix together.
Add in chocolate and frozen blueberries and fold into the mixture. If is best to use frozen blueberries as they won’t break as easily when combined.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40 mins
