Ingredients
- 240 g Oats
- 30 g Desiccated coconut
- 30 g Flaked almonds
- 40 g Pecans
- 40 g Cranberries
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil (melted)
- 1 Orange (zest)
- 30 ml Orange juice
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Ginger
- ½ tsp Nutmeg
- ½ tsp Salt
Servings
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180℃.
- Grate the rind of the orange.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Spread the mixture evenly out on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and mix the granola well before placing back in the oven for a further 20 minutes.
