2tbspCoconut oil(melted)
1Orange(zest)
30mlOrange juice
½tspCinnamon
½tspGinger
½tspNutmeg

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180℃.
Grate the rind of the orange.
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
Spread the mixture evenly out on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and mix the granola well before placing back in the oven for a further 20 minutes.
