Ingredients

  • 240 g Oats
  • 30 g Desiccated coconut
  • 30 g Flaked almonds
  • 40 g Pecans
  • 40 g Cranberries
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 Orange (zest)
  • 30 ml Orange juice
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Ginger
  • ½ tsp Nutmeg
  • ½ tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180℃.
  • Grate the rind of the orange.
  • Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Spread the mixture evenly out on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and mix the granola well before placing back in the oven for a further 20 minutes.
