Ingredients
- 1 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1 tsp medium curry powder
- 1 ½ tsp mango chutney
- 120 g cooked chicken
- 1/2 tbsp sultanas
- 2 slices Sourdough
- 1 handful Mixed leaves salad

Instructions
- Add greek yogurt, curry powder, chutney, and sultanas to a bowl and mix.
- Add in cooked chicken and mix well.
- Place mixture in between two slices of sourdough bread and add mixed leaves.
- On a medium to high heat, add the sandwich to the pan. Cook on both sides for 2-3 mins until golden brown.
