Chocolate Berry Bombs

Ingredients
- 200 g Oats
- 6 tbsp Cranberries
- 60 g Desiccated coconut
- 3 scoop Whey protein powder (vanilla flavour)
- 40 g 80% dark chocolate (chopped)
- ½ tsp Salt
- 50-100 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, cranberries, coconut, whey protein, chocolate and salt.
- Add the peanut butter and honey. Mix using your hands to get rid of any lumps.
- Slowly pour in the milk. Mix well as you add the milk.
- If the mixture becomes too wet, add some more oats or protein powder.
- Using your hands, shape the mixture into 14 balls.
- Place the balls on a plate or a tray and leave to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
