Equipment
- 1 Small oven proof dish
- 1 Spoon
- 1 Small bowl
- Oven
Ingredients
- 150 g Frozen mixed berries
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1½ tsp Honey
- 100 g Rolled oats
- 1 tbsp Flaxseeds (milled)
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter
1 Serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180 °C.
- In your oven proof dish, pour in the frozen mixed berries. Add the lemon juice and ½ tsp of honey into the dish.
- Mix everything together and set to the side.
- For the crumble, grab your small bowl and add oats, flaxseeds, the remaining tsp of honey and peanut butter all in together.
- Mix all ingredients together until the mixture turns into a crumble texture.
- Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the frozen berries in the dish.
- Place the dish into the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden on top.
- Serve straight out of the oven and enjoy!
