Performance Benefits
This bread is low in fibre and has the perfect amount of carbs for a pre-training snack. The lower fibre content makes them easier to digest, reducing the risk of gut discomfort during exercise.
Health Benefits
Blueberries are rich in antioxidants, which help reduce inflammation and support heart health. The unsaturated (“healthy”) fats in the nuts and seeds enhance the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K.
