What is Vitamin B2?
Vitamin B2, also known as riboflavin, is a water-soluble vitamin that plays a crucial role in various bodily functions. It’s one of the 8 B vitamins and is essential for converting carbohydrates, fats and proteins into energy.
Why do we need Vitamin B2?
- Energy metabolism: helping to convert food into usable energy for the body.
- Neurotransmitter Synthesis.

Daily Recommended Intake:
