Equipment
- Blender
- Greaseproof paper
- Baking tray
Ingredients
- 100 g Mixed nuts
- 3 tbsp Raisins
- 3 tbsp cranberries
- 70 g Dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)
- 1 tbsp Almond butter
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Honey
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and whiz until everything is well combined. (You may need to stop and scrape things down with a spatula a few times if it’s sticking to the sides.)
- Transfer the mixture into a bowl and use clean hands to roll into balls about the size of a golf ball.
- Place on a tray lined with greaseproof paper then put in the fridge for 2 hours to allow them to become firm.
- Remove the balls and individually wrap in greaseproof paper for convenience and longer freshness.
