Equipment

- Baking tray
Ingredients
- 75 g Mixed nuts (chopped)
- 40 g Oats (Jumbo rolled oats)
- 30 g Buckwheat (2 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp Desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp Hemp
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160°C.
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Melt the coconut oil over low heat, mix in the vanilla extract and stir into the dry mix. Spread the mix flat on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake for 20 minutes in the oven, until crunchy and golden.
- Allow cooling before serving. Store in an airtight container.
