- Griddle pan (or barbecue)

Ingredients
- 4 Lamb rump steaks (600g)
- 1 Lemon (zest and juice)
- 1 Orange (zest and juice)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 tbsp Garlic-infused olive oil
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- To make the marinade, mix the zest and juice of the lemon and orange with cinnamon and garlic-infused olive oil.
- Marinade the lamb steaks, cover and stand at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
- Drain the lamb steaks to remove any excess marinade and move to a preheated griddle pan (or barbecue).
- Seal for 1 minute on each side, then lower the heat and continue to cook according to your cooking preference.
