Chocolate Espresso Frozen Yogurt
This is a fun and delicious snack that would work like a charm for a post-brunch or breakfast weekend option.

Espresso contains around 65-80mg of caffeine, which can decrease fatigue and improve mental functioning.
Use decaffeinated espresso if you want to enjoy this recipe later in the day.
- Glass bowl
- 150 g Frozen Greek yoghurt (set aside to freeze)
- 25 g 80% dark chockolate
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 Esapresso
- Melt the dark choclate in a glass bowl over a sausapan with boiling water.
- Combine the frozen yoghurt, honey espresso and melted dark chocolate and serve.
