- Small pan
Ingredients
- 1 Bagel
- ½ Avocado
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- ¼ tsp Cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Cream cheese
- 2 Bacon medallions
- 1 Egg
- 3 Cherry tomatoes
Serving
Instructions
- Cook the medallions under the grill for 5 minutes or as per packet instructions.
- Fry the egg on a non-stick pan.
- Toast the bagel.
- Mash the avocado in a small bowl using a fork. Mix in the lemon juice, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper.
- To assemble the bagel, spread the cheese on each half of the bagel, followed by the smashed avocado.
- Add the medallions, egg and cherry tomatoes on top with the other half of the bagel.
- Enjoy!
