Ingredients
300gGreek yoghurt
2scoopVanilla whey protein
3TbspChia seeds
2Espresso shots(approx. 70ml water per shot)
½tspVanilla extract
½cupMixed berries

Instructions
Make the espresso shot and leave to cool for a few minutes.
Mix the yoghurt, whey, chia seeds and vanilla extract together in a bowl.
Top with berries and leave to refrigerate overnight.
