- 160g Oats
- 1 Banana
- 2tbsp Honey
- 40ml Low Fat Milk (or any milk of your preference)
- 20g Mixed seeds
- 125g Raspberries
- 15g Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1tsp Pistachio Butter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees 2. Put the oats in a blender and blend until a flour like consistency. Once blended, add to the mixing bowl.3. Blend the banana, egg and honey in the blender and blend until fully liquefied. 4. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredient and mix well. 5. Add the raspberries, chocolate chips and mixed seeds to the mixture and mix until well combined. 6. Form into cookies and place on a lined baking tray.7. Bake for 15 -18 minutes.8. Once cooked, drizzle pistachio butter on top to finish.
