Our aim is to combine all of our experience working in elite sport for over 10 years and create an unforgettable experience for people who want to learn about performance nutrition and all elements of how a professional athlete lives.

TRAIN WITH EXPERTS

Certified fitness coaches with many years of experience. Our team is lead by Daniel Davey who has 12 years of eperience working in elite sport. His team are not only qualifed performance nutritionists but also highly experience coaches and trainers.

GREAT LOCATION

Located on the beautiful Montinhos Da Luz with beautiful sea and mountain views, few minutes walk to the beach and few minutes car ride to Lagos old town. This is the perfect spot for a Fitness Holiday.

  • Meet other like minded people who are ambitious and want to improve their habits and knowledge for performance

    You do not need to be really Fit to attend this event, people can come for the experience and participate in sessions at their own level
