[IMPORTANT] Everything you need to know about Portugal Event

  • Participants must be 18 or over. 
  • Participants must inform us in writing of any medical condition that requires attention or medication before your experience/trip takes place. 
  • It is the participants responsibility to have all necessary visas, passports, permits and certificates required for all travel and itinerary items as well as any necessary vaccinations and to comply with all laws in place while on the trip.
  • During the trip, photographs and films of you (as part of a group) may be taken, while and may be used in our advertising and additional publicity material without obtaining any further consent or payment in respect of such photographs and/or films.
  • Any confirmation email or confirmation of purchase should be printed and saved for reference.
  • Daveynutrition accepts no responsibility for incorrect email or any inability to deliver email. If your confirmation does not arrive on time or at all, then you must ask us to resend the email confirmation. If this is required, please contact lauren@daveynutrition.com.
  • All bookings will be confirmed by email.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer/participant to check the accuracy of all personal details and dates upon receipt of their confirmation documents.
  • Flights are not included in the payment package. Theses additions must be purchased and organised separately by the customer to accommodate their schedule and travel needs.
  • Payments can be made in full online or you can be schedule over 3-4  installments.
  • If a customized payment schedule is required, please email us at lauren@daveynutrition.com. 
  • Bookings can be canceled with no extra cost, however a refund can only be made in full provided at least 6 weeks of notice in writing via email to lauren@daveynutrition.com in advance of the event. 
  • Any deposits made will be non refundable.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the daveynutrition team via email lauren@daveynutrition.com to arrange any cancellation. This process must be completed prior to the starting date of the experience and not after. Cancellations cannot be made retrospectively.
  • It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that they are aware of any recurring payments being debited from their account.
  • Bookings cannot be rescheduled for an alternative date, only cancelled.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the details of their purchase are correct and up to date. Daveynutrition can reserve the right to refuse a refund if the participant provided us with incorrect or fraudulent information.
  • There is no form of insurance cover included in the price of the ticket.
  • Daveynutrition or any partner companies are not responsible for any injury, theft or loss for the duration of this experience. These instances are the responsibility of the indivdual customer. It is advised that any necessary insurance (e.g. travel, health, injury, gaget) etc to deal with such instances should be undertaken prior to the experience.
  • While aboard, daveynutrition may need to make a decision in the interests of safety. It is a condition of bookings that you comply with the authority and decisions of the appointed representative of daveynutrition. If you do not comply with the said representative and are not compatible with the general enjoyment and well being of members of the experience, we reserve the right to refuse to allow you to continue. In such a case we will not be liable for any refund, compensation or any additional costs incurred by you. We cannot accept liability for the behaviour of others nor if any facilities are curtailed as a result of their actions.
  • 2 meals will be provided on site per day. All additional meals, food and drink must be cartered for personally. 
  • The content of all seminars and all materials (documents, seminars, recordings that are made available, etc.) used during this experience are the property of daveynutrition and are protected by copyright. Publication even if only in part, reproduction, distribution and editing are prohibited as is the recording of an event in audio or video or by means of screenshots. Legal proceedings may be initiated in the event of any misuse.
