5What does my consultation include?
The consultation will involve discussion around your current lifestyle and nutrition, what your goal is and developing a personalised roadmap for you to achieve that goal. Following on from the consultation, you will receive a resource with important information and reference points from your conversation with your Nutritionist.

In between consultations, your nutritionist will check in with you; however, it is very much a self guided process whereby you have the conversation with your nutritionist, gain a clear understanding of where you are, your current needs and goals to develop an action plan, including key areas to target. From there you develop your ownership and independence to implement the target areas over the suggested number of weeks before your next session.
