MISSION
To put good food at the centre of people’s lives and help people to achieve their health and performance goals by using practical nutrition information and simple recipes, science and experience. I believe eating the right way can be hugely empowering and enjoyable. My mission is to provide people with the knowledge and skills to experience the power of good food choices.
VISION
Inspire and help people to make sustained changes in their diet that leads to a long lasting benefit to their health or sports performance.
Farm
Growing up on a small farm in the west of Ireland had a profound impact on the way I view food and how I believe food should be developed for human consumption. Animals should be cared for over the course of their lives and land should be managed and nurtured so that it can sustain food production for centuries to come.
Fork
There is a direct link between the food on your fork and the capacity of your body and mind to perform. The food you bring into your home and the meals you prepare impact the quality of every daily task you do.
Performance
Nutrition is one of the key pillars of performance and without it you will not achieve your true potential. From working with elite and professional athletes in Ireland and participating in high level sport I have experienced the benefits nutrition has on elite performance.
