FarmGrowing up on a small farm in the west of Ireland had a profound impact on the way I view food and how I believe food should be developed for human consumption. Animals should be cared for over the course of their lives and land should be managed and nurtured so that it can sustain food production for centuries to come.

QualificationsDaniel received his BSc in Science from University College Dublin and holds an MSc in Nutrition, Physical Activity & Public Health from the University of Bristol. Daniel is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S) with the NSCA, and has completed the national qualification in Exercise and Health Studies. Daniel recently completed the IOC Diploma In Sports Nutrition.
