DAY #1

19TH OF MAY, 2026

Arrival and connection

You’ll land in sunny Faro and be welcomed into your home for the week - a private, peaceful villa nestled in the hills above Praia de Luz. We’ll kick off the experience with a relaxed evening, a group welcome dinner, and a mindset primer for the days ahead

20TH OF MAY, 2026

Testing, Training, and Learning

We start strong. You’ll complete a fitness testing session to assess where you’re at physically, followed by a group training session to kick things off. In the afternoon, you’ll dive into our first performance workshop focused on clarity, vision, and personal goals.

21ST OF MAY, 2026

Growth Through Movement & Mindset

You’ll train again, building on your strength, mobility and confidence. Then we shift gears—into powerful conversations around mindset, nutrition, and daily habits. We wrap the day with a practical, hands-on cooking session where you’ll learn, laugh, and fuel up together.

What you learn here doesn’t stay here - it goes home with you.

22ND OF MAY, 2026

Energy, Insight & Winning Moments

A full, final day of powerful workshops and reflective sessions, combined with a fun beach games session and a celebratory group dinner that brings everything full circle.

You do not need to be really Fit to attend this event, people can come for the experience and participate in sessions at their own level
