Ingredients
10Brussel sprouts
10Baby potatoes
2 ½tbspOlive oil
4tbspBalsamic vinegar
1tspGarlic powder
½tspGround pepper
½tspSea salt
2Onion(sliced)
2Sirloin steaks(approx. 200g each)
8Asparagus

Instructions
Bring a pot of water to a simmer.
Wash and trim the brussel sprouts.
Prick holes in the potatoes using a fork.
Place the sprouts and potatoes in the pot of simmering water and cook for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200℃.
Mix the balsamic vinegar, 1 ½ tbsp olive oil, garlic, pepper and salt together in a small bowl.
When the potatoes are cooked, drain the veg and empty them onto a baking tray.
Flatten each of them using the back of a fork.
Pour the balsamic mix over the vegetables and mix around the tray well.
Place the tray in the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
Heat a tbsp of olive oil on a non-stick pan. Add the sliced onion and fry on a high heat for 3-4 minutes. Add the steaks and asparagus to the pan and cook to preference.
After 20 minutes, remove the tray from the oven. Add some of the onions to the tray and the grated cheese. Place back in the oven for a further 10 minutes.
Remove the tray from the oven and serve with the steak and asparagus.
