Instructions
Preheat a non-stick pan.
Butter both sides of the bread.
Assemble the sandwich, placing the brie, ham and cranberry sauce on one slice and closing with another slice of buttered bread.
Gently place the sandwiches onto the pan and fry on a medium heat until the cheese is melting and the bread is lightly browned on each side (approx. 3-5 minutes either side).
