  • Non-stick pan

Ingredients

  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 150 g Ham
  • 50 g Brie Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp Butter
4 Servings

Instructions

  • Preheat a non-stick pan.
  • Butter both sides of the bread.
  • Assemble the sandwich, placing the brie, ham and cranberry sauce on one slice and closing with another slice of buttered bread.
  • Gently place the sandwiches onto the pan and fry on a medium heat until the cheese is melting and the bread is lightly browned on each side (approx. 3-5 minutes either side).
