Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tsp Butter
  • 30 ml Milk
  • 1 Head of cauliflower (large)

Instructions

  • Steam cauliflower until soft.
  • Blend to a smooth consistency using a food processor, adding milk for your desired texture.
  • Stir in butter and add salt to taste.
  • Serve or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
