6tbspCranberries
60gDesiccated coconut
3scoopWhey protein powder(vanilla flavour)
40g80% dark chocolate(chopped)
½tspSalt
50-100mlMilk
1tbspHoney
1tbspPeanut butter

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the oats, cranberries, coconut, whey protein, chocolate and salt.
Add the peanut butter and honey. Mix using your hands to get rid of any lumps.
Slowly pour in the milk. Mix well as you add the milk.
If the mixture becomes too wet, add some more oats or protein powder.
Using your hands, shape the mixture into 14 balls.
Place the balls on a plate or a tray and leave to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
