Ingredients

  • 200 g Oats
  • 6 tbsp Cranberries
  • 60 g Desiccated coconut
  • 3 scoop Whey protein powder (vanilla flavour)
  • 40 g 80% dark chocolate (chopped)
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 50-100 ml Milk
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the oats, cranberries, coconut, whey protein, chocolate and salt.
  • Add the peanut butter and honey. Mix using your hands to get rid of any lumps.
  • Slowly pour in the milk. Mix well as you add the milk.
  • If the mixture becomes too wet, add some more oats or protein powder.
  • Using your hands, shape the mixture into 14 balls.
  • Place the balls on a plate or a tray and leave to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
