Food processor
Non-stick pan
Small pot
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1½ Tin of tomatoes
- 1 handful Basil leaves
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp Honey
- 3 tbsp Cream
- Salt
- Black pepper
Heat the olive oil on a medium sized skillet. Add the onions and garlic and fry until translucent.
Put the onions and garlic in a food processor with the tomatoes, cream, basil, honey, pinch of salt and pepper. Blitz until smooth.
Empty into a small pot and cook on a low heat for 5-10 minutes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Tip: Add in some chilli pepper for spice.
