  • Ovenproof dish

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 50 g Oats
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop Whey protein powder (20g of vanilla or chocolate whey powder)
  • 2 tsp Cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Free-range egg
  • 3 tbsp 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Lightly greasy a small ovenproof dish with some olive oil.
  • Blitz the dry ingredients in a food processor or blender until flour-like.
  • Add in the remaining ingredients and blitz for 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into the oven proof dish.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
