  • Baking tray

Ingredients

  • 400 g Muesli (no added sugar, oats, nuts and dried fruit mix)
  • 1 Banana
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 3 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 Free-range egg
  • 2 tbsp Almond butter
  • 2 tbsp Desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 175°C.
  • Place the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  • In a blender or food processor, blend banana, honey, almond butter and egg until smooth.
  • Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients to form a dough.
  • Pour the mix into a flat-lined baking tray and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven, allow to cool for 2 hours then chop into bars.
