Ingredients

  • 200 g Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • ½ Lemon (zest from ½ a lemon)

Instructions

  • Pour the berries into a pot with a little water and simmer stirring regularly for about 20 minutes until the liquid is reduced.
  • Next add in the honey, lemon and chia seeds and mix well.
  • Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
  • When the mixture is cool pour into a jar. You can keep the jam in the fridge and it will keep for a week.
