Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Basil (4 small bunches of fresh basil)
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Pine nuts (lightly toasted)
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp Ground pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend to a smooth paste.
  • Season with black and white pepper to taste.
