2Banana(ripe, peeled and sliced lengthways)
2tbspHoney
½tspCinnamon(ground)
2tbspAlmonds(flaked)
2tbspGreek yoghurt(to serve)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Coat the bananas in the honey then sprinkle the cinnamon on top.
Place the sliced bananas on a lined baking tray and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Toast the flaked almonds in the same oven for 4 to 5 minutes or until they begin to turn brown.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the bananas with toasted flaked almonds. Serve warm with Greek or natural yoghurt.
