40gOats(Jumbo rolled oats)
30gBuckwheat(2 tbsp)
1tbspPumpkin seeds
1tbspSunflower seeds
1tbspDesiccated coconut
1tbspHemp
1tspCinnamon
1tbspCoconut oil
2tspVanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Melt the coconut oil over low heat, mix in the vanilla extract and stir into the dry mix. Spread the mix flat on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake for 20 minutes in the oven, until crunchy and golden.
Allow cooling before serving. Store in an airtight container.
