Ingredients

  • 75 g Mixed nuts (chopped)
  • 40 g Oats (Jumbo rolled oats)
  • 30 g Buckwheat (2 tbsp)
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp Desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp Hemp
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  • Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Melt the coconut oil over low heat, mix in the vanilla extract and stir into the dry mix. Spread the mix flat on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake for 20 minutes in the oven, until crunchy and golden.
  • Allow cooling before serving. Store in an airtight container.
