Ingredients
6tbspAlmonds(roughly chopped)
3tbspCashew nuts(roughly chopped)
4tbspPistachio nuts(shelled and roughly chopped)
3tbspRaisins
15gCranberries
20gMixed seeds
20gDesiccated coconut
1tspSalt
150gDark chocolate(75% cocoa solids)
2tbspHoney
1tbspCoconut oil

Instructions
Put the nuts, raisins, dried cranberries, mixed seeds, coconut and salt into a bowl and mix.
In a small saucepan melt the dark chocolate, honey and coconut oil over low heat.
Once the chocolate mix is melted pour it over the mixed chopped nuts and raisins.
Pour the mixture into a small rectangular baking tray lined with baking parchment and spread out evenly.
Put in the fridge for at least an hour and allow to set. Remove from the fridge, turn out onto a chopping board and cut into squares or bars with a sharp knife. Store in an airtight container for up to a week (if you can keep them that long!).
