Ingredients

  • 17 tbsp Natural yoghurt (260g)
  • 160 g Raspberries
  • 30 g Granola
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp Desiccated coconut

Instructions

  • Add a layer of natural yoghurt and top with some raspberries. Repeat for a second layer.
  • Next, add half of the chia seeds, flax seeds, desiccated coconut and all of the granola.
  • Add another layer of yoghurt, raspberries and the remaining amount of chia seeds, flax seeds, and desiccated coconut.
  • Top with the remaining raspberries.
