Instructions
Place the eggs in a saucepan and add enough cold water to cover. On high heat, bring the water to a boil and then reduce to medium heat.
Allow the eggs to simmer for 3 minutes for a soft boiled egg or 4 minutes for a set white and creamy yolk.
Whilst the eggs are simmering, toast the bread and then slice the toast into desired sizes.
Place the eggs into an egg holder and sprinkle salt and pepper before serving to season.
