200gOats(Uncooked jumbo oats)
1Banana
2tspCinnamon
1tbspHoney
100gBlueberries
3tbspAlmonds(flaked)
2tbspPumpkin seeds
200mlMilk(or almond milk)
1tbspCoconut oil
½tspSalt
1tspVanilla extract

Instructions
Lightly coat a baking dish with a little coconut oil.
Place the oats in a bowl and mix with the milk.
Place the mixed oats, berries and milk in the baking dish.
Add honey, coconut oil, mix and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Chop the banana and spread it out on top.
Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, then remove from the oven and add the flaked almonds and pumpkin seeds. Place back in the oven and bake for 5 more minutes or until the top of the bake turns brown.
Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
