400g80% dark chocolate
3tbspAlmond butter (or peanut butter)
3tbspDesiccated coconut(toasted)
3tbspSunflower seeds(toasted)
3tbspPumpkin seeds(toasted)
3tbspAlmonds(sliced and toasted)
3tbspCranberries(dried)
1tspSalt

Instructions
Toast the coconut, seeds and nuts in an oven at 175°C for 8 minutes, stirring to prevent burning.
Melt the dark chocolate over hot water, once soft, mix in the nut butter.
Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper and spread the chocolate mixture out to approximately 8 ½ x 11 inches. While the chocolate is still warm sprinkle the coconut, nuts, cranberries and seeds over the chocolate evenly.
Place in a fridge and chill completely until you can break or cut easily. Place in a freezer to chill faster if necessary.
