Ingredients

  • 130g Porridge Oats
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2tbps Honey
  • 100ml Low Fat Milk
  • 30g Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 160g Blueberry's
  • 1tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
    2. Add the oats to the bowl.
    3. Using the blender combine the eggs, honey, milk and bananas.
    4. Pour the mixture from the blender into the bowl.
    5. Mix well and add in the vanilla extract.
    6. Once all the ingredients are well mixed add in the dark chocolate and blueberry's.
    7. Pour into the lined baking sheet and cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
    8. Enjoy!
