Instructions
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Puree the carrots in a blender, before adding the remainder of the wet ingredients.
Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl, before pouring in the wet mixture and mixing well to form a batter.
Pour the mix into a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 30 minutes.
Allow cooling before cutting into squares (e.g. 8 cakes).
Notes
1 portion of "Mini Protein Carrot Cakes" is equivalent to 300g.
