½Pomegranate seeds
2Handfuls of mixed salad leaves
½tbspBalsamic vinegar

Instructions
Toast the pine nuts on a hot pan for about 3 minutes until they begin to turn brown.
Place leaves in a serving bowl with strawberries and pomegranate seeds on top.
Drizzle over balsamic and olive oil, and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Toss well and top with pine nuts to serve.
