Instructions
Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces.
In the pan, cook the chicken over a medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until cooked through.
Add all of the ingredients, including the cooked chicken, to the large mixing bowl.
To make the dressing, whisk together the mayonnaise, yoghurt, lemon juice, curry powder, honey and seasonings in a small bowl.
Pour this over the salad ingredients and toss until it is all combined.
