Ingredients
150gFrozen Tropical Fruit(Mango & Pineapple)
1Banana
1scoop Protein Powder
250ml Apple Juice
1tsp Honey
50gLow-fat Greek Yoghurt

Instructions
Add all of the ingredients, except the protein powder, to a food processor & blitz for 1 minute.
Stop, remove the lid and add the protein powder. Blitz for a further 1 minute or until thick & smooth.
