Ingredients
2Weetabix
3tbspGreek yoghurt
100gMixed berries(fresh or frozen)
½scoopVanilla protein powder(optional)

Instructions
Break the weetabix into crumbs in a bowl and mix in half the protein powder (if using).
Add 100ml of water and mix well. Pat down using the back of a spoon.
Mix the berries, yoghurt and remaining protein powder in a separate bowl.
Spoon the yoghurt mix over the weetabix and place in the fridge to set overnight.
Tip: You can use some extra yoghurt instead of protein powder if you like.
