Equipment

  • Food processor
  • Baking tray
  • Parchment paper
  • Oven

Ingredients

  • 200 g Oats
  • 1 Banana
  • 8 tsp Cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 50 g Dark chocolate (roughly chopped)
  • 5 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 2 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Almond butter
  • 1 scoop Protein powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 6 Strawberries (sliced)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180℃.
  • Blitz the oats into flour.
  • Add the banana, cacao powder, honey, yoghurt, eggs, almond butter, protein powder and baking soda to the food processor with the oat flour. Blitz for 2 minutes until completely smooth.
  • Fold in the chopped pieces of chocolate.
  • Line the baking tin with parchment paper. Spread the chopped strawberries out in the baking tin.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking tin over the strawberries
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 180℃.
