Ingredients
2Sweet potato(approx 400g)
1tbspExtra virgin olive oil
½tbspPaprika
½tspsalt
½tspGround pepper
3tbspHoney
2tspChilli powder(you can use chilli flakes)
½tbspGarlic powder
320gBacon(12 strips of bacon or pancetta)
4Chicken breast(Free-range, approx 400g)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Put the sweet potato wedges in a bowl and toss with the olive oil, smoked paprika and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread out on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and roast in the oven for 40 minutes, until cooked through and crisp.
Meanwhile, prepare the chicken tenders. Mix the honey, paprika, chilli flakes, black pepper, garlic powder and salt in a small dish.
Wrap 2 bacon strips around each chicken tender and pin together with a cocktail stick.
Drizzle the chilli-honey mixture evenly over the chicken tenders, completely coating them.
Place beside the sweet potatoes and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Sauté the bacon-wrapped tenders in a little oil in a non-stick frying pan.
Drizzle some more honey on the tenders as they sauté.
Remove from the pan after about 5 minutes or when crispy.
