Ingredients

  • 100 ml Milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 scoop Whey protein powder (vanilla whey or 2 tbsp of greek yoghurt)
  • 100 g Frozen banana
  • 100 g Frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 20 g Mixed nuts
  • 20 g Mixed berries (fresh)
  • 20 g 80% dark chocolate (grated)
  • ½ tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Roast the nuts with a little salt on a tray in a preheated oven for 5 minutes at 170°C degrees.
  • Blend the frozen fruit, whey protein powder and milk and pour into a bowl.
  • Top with the roasted nuts and fresh berries.
  • Add some grated chocolate and serve.
