100 ml Milk (or almond milk) 1 scoop Whey protein powder (vanilla whey or 2 tbsp of greek yoghurt) 100 g Frozen banana 100 g Frozen mixed berries 1 tbsp Honey 20 g Mixed nuts 20 g Mixed berries (fresh) 20 g 80% dark chocolate (grated) ½ tsp Salt
Roast the nuts with a little salt on a tray in a preheated oven for 5 minutes at 170°C degrees.
Blend the frozen fruit, whey protein powder and milk and pour into a bowl.
Top with the roasted nuts and fresh berries.
Add some grated chocolate and serve.
